We are happy to meet with you and your fiance. At the initial consulation, we'll determine how far along you are in your planning and what you two envision for your special day. We will discuss your design, planning and coordination as well as budget. We will work together to find the right package for your needs.
EventTagious Platinum package -- $3000
Designed for the busy bride and groom-to-be, who are planning your wedding on a
long distance basis or do not have the time to locate sites, arrange interviews with
prospective vendors, negotiate contracts and all the other details that go into planning
an event, then this service allows for efficient coordination of your special day.
At this level you will receive:
- Budget Construction, Implementation and Management
- Customized wedding concept
- Site Location Assistance
- Vendor Referral Service
- Scheduling Appointments and Meetings With Vendors
- Detailed Wedding Checklist and Itinerary During the planning stages
- Regular Progress Meetings
- Guest Lodging Acquisition and Management
- E-mail Access to Consultants
- Detailed itinerary for wedding party members and participants
- Rehearsal Direction (2 hours)
- Wedding Day Management (includes supervision of wedding and/recption)
- Attendance at various planning meetings with vendors
- Confirmation of all vendor services 2 weeks prior to event
- Rehearsal Dinner Development with on site coordination
EventTagious Gold package -- $2000
For the couple who wishes to plan a portion of the wedding themselves. This service will give you the expertise and resources of a wedding professional while allowing you to obtain some of the providers and services on your own. At this level you will receive:
- Budget Construction and Implementation
- 6 progress meetings
- Detailed wedding day itinerary
- Unlimited E-mail access to Consultants
- Rehearsal Direction (1 hour)
- Wedding Day Management (includes supervision of wedding and reception)
- Initial "Walkthrough" Of Selected Ceremony and Reception Site
- Attendance At Final Session With Caterer, Ceremony and Reception Site
- Confirmation of all vendor services 2 weeks prior to the wedding
EventTagious Silver package (Day of Coordination) -- $1000
Should you wish to plan the entire wedding on your own, but want a professional to
oversee your event to make sure that everything you have selected and contracted for are done in a timely and efficient manner. At this level you will receive:
- Two progress meetings to determine the overall construction of the event
- Email Access to Consultants
- Confirmation of all vendor services 2 weeks prior to wedding
EventTagious Bronze Package -- $850
This option is available if you require services such as wedding vendor referrals,
reception site research or hotel location/reservations. Should you wish to discuss or
review the ideas and plans you have made for your special day without retaining a
wedding consultant for the occasion, this level of management will allow you to receive
the professional advice and guidance of a wedding consultant.
Rehearsal Dinner Planning and Coordination
Need assistance with pulling together a memorable rehearsal event? We work
